Vision Journey 5 for Spiritual Wellness

Make sure you have 5 to 20 minutes time to spend on your journey and that you won't be disrupted, interrupted or surprised by an unannounced visitor, this means pets too. Sit or lay down and start breathing slowly and deeply. Allow your eyes to close. Use your intention to ground yourself to the earth and connect yourself to Spirit and then release anything that is not for your highest and best. Once you have done that, seal yourself up with white light to protect yourself during the Journey. This is all done with intention, just like you are planning your day in your head before you leave the house. Intention is 'what you expect to happen'. Allow this to happen. Avoid forcing anything. Ask for your team of helpers to assist you, whether this be Angels, Guides, God, Goddess, Gatekeepers, loved Ones on the other side or Spirit. If you don't ask for their help, they usually won't help unless it is an emergency that will alter contracts or big plans for your life. With each dimension of wellness I use an example for the Journey that relates to the dimension. Honor Spirit if you come up with a different visualization than my suggestion. It might also change and morph as you grow. Once again, I keep these Journeys short and simple. I believe the times have changed with the increase of the Earth's vibrations and we don't have to spend hours in meditations if our intention is set. You may need more time than others if you are just starting to 'get quiet' and meditate, but even 1 To 5 minutes can start you on a great meditative path. That is MY INTENTION for you! Spiritual Wellness Once you are in a quiet meditative state allow your imagination to take you on a walk up a path. See out ahead and know that this is a safe path heading to a beach. You walk comfortable up and over the sand dunes. There is a bench awaiting you on the rise of the dunes. Take a seat there. Allow your senses to take in the beauty of the waves, the air and warmth of the sun. Now you sense someone safe is walking up the path you just came from. With each step they take you become more and more comfortable and at peace. This is your higher self or a guide. Be ready for them to show themselves in a multitude of ways. It will usually be non-threatening to you. Your eyes are closed on the bench and you feel this presence sit next to you. Reach over and take their hand. You may open your eyes or keep them closed, this is your choice of comfort level. Welcome them, thank them and chat with them like an old friend or family member. The more you sit with them over your life, the more you will understand and feel a better connection with them. This is where you can come to ask any and all questions of those on the other side. Your personal guide or higher self will be there to help you. Once you have spent enough time with them, thank them and ask if there are any special things you need to know to connect with them in the future. You can use them as a reminder system to help you with many things in your life. Just set it up between you and them. Release their hand and walk back up the path and gently come out of the mediation. Journal all that you can remember and know that there is a lot you don't remember that you subconscious does. Vision Journey 4 for Emotional Wellness

This is all done with intention, just like you are planning your day in your head before you leave the house. Intention is 'what you expect to happen'. Allow this to happen. Avoid forcing anything. Ask for your team of helpers to assist you, whether this be Angels, Guides, God, Goddess, Gatekeepers, loved Ones on the other side or Spirit. If you don't ask for their help, they usually won't help unless it is an emergency that will alter contracts or big plans for your life. Emotional Wellness. Once you have obtained a quiet meditative state of being imagine you are sitting at a desk and pull out the middle drawer. Inside is a beautiful heart shape box. Open it to find pastel colored candy hearts. You know the kind, with little message on them. Present your emotional quandaries (ask) to Spirit and dive in to grab one heart. Read the message. Take notes. Ask more questions and draw more hearts if needed. Write down everything you get. It might be song lyrics, words, images or gut feelings. It all can have a wonderful effect on you later when you are back to the daily grind and out of the meditative state. Often, it's afterwards that your receive more insight into what you received. If there is a trusted friend that you can share, they may help as well. I caution you only to trust those that have your best and highest good in mind and understand and value this type of work. Don't share to impress or get help or attention. You are not a victim but a champion warrior. Peace. Mitchell

Vision Journey 3 for Intellectual Wellness

If you have not read the three previous blogs, please do so now, so you know how to proceed. In this Journey you are going to take a look at your intellectual wellness.

Following the previous set up to Journey, once quiet, in your mind's eye walk in to a library of sorts. There are books on shelves on three sides of this room. To your left, as you walk in, is the past shelves, straight ahead are the present bookshelves and then to you right is the wall with all the books from the future.

First time in this room take a book from each wall,one at a time or all together. These simple ways of looking are up to you to determine as you grow. You may grab multiple books in the future or start now. I encourage one at a time for now.

Sit at a desk you have imagined and start by looking at the first book and see what the title is. Allow that to sink in to your soul. Open the book when you are ready and turn to any page you believe will give you the answers or guidance you need or desire.

Make notes as you need or wait until you are finished to make all the notes for future reference.

Once you are finished put the books back or leave them on the desk knowing an attendant will take care of them. Set your intention to return someday for more assistance and leave the same way you come in.

Set you intention to gain, retrieve or gleen information on an 'intellectual' level. All this information will need to be worked through at a later date, so write it all down.

Vision Journey 2 for Physical Wellness

If you have not read the two previous blogs, please do so now, so you know how to proceed. In this Journey you are going to take a look at your physical body.

Following the previous set up to Journey, once quiet, walk in to a white room with a table in the center. On the table, under a sheet, is YOUR body. Imagine you are seeing all this from outside of your body, viewing it from a safe unbiased place. Examine it from a 'third party' objective.

Imagine the sheet sliding off away from you to the floor. Make any mental notes of the first things you see, hear, feel, smell, taste or just KNOW. This wil be vital.

Scan your body anyway you feel led to. Look for 'hot spots', or areas that stand out. Make notes. Use your own intuition to lead you to remove, replace or rebuild what you need to within or outside of your body.

You can ask or visually place food, clothing or even people next to you on the table to see how your body reacts to it. Make notes.

Once again, these Journeys can be short or lengthy. I like short and simple ones to build on and make small changes slowly. Once you are finished looking at your body, cover it back up and thank it for allowing you to examine it. Then walk out of the room and come back to the present moment.

Write down all your notes and everything you can remember. Use your notes anytime to meditate on and elaborate, channel or automatic write more about what happened in the Journey.

Vision Journey 1 for Social Wellness

A Vision Journey is nothing more than meditation. In this first Journey I will focus on your Social Wellness. This will be about the people, places and events with which your are connected. I keep this simple, direct and easy to do on your own at a moments notice. I encourage you to keep a journal as you Journey.

The following paragraph will set up each of the 5 Journeys.

Vision Journey for Social Wellness
Once you are in a quiet meditative state of being, allow a scene to appear. For Social Wellness visualize a simple office space. Walk in the room and take a seat at the desk that has a computer on it. Move the mouse to activate the screen and click on your Facebook icon. Start to read the posts that your friends and family have posted. Allow your creativity to supply the details, this is how our subconscious talks to us. Look at pictures form friends that draw your attention. Notice how you feel about the pictures and the posts. Things that make you feel good and positive are ones to take note of and 'like'. Items that make you feel negatively need to be explored. This is where your journaling comes in handy afterwards. The negative producing feelings are signals for you to dig deeper. There maybe things that you need to address in yourself or there might be friends that you need to remove from your Facebook page and life. Use your own intuition and helpers to decide what is for your highest and best.

I will purposefully kept these Jourenys brief and not add too much of my own ideas and visions. This is to allow you to do more of the work. I am just giving you a simple frame work to start with.

Identify Soul-Level Solutions For Wellness

My name is Mitchell and I am an intuitive and I use my psychic and mediumistic abilities as a "bridge" to deliver messages from Spirit and those in the spirit rhealm. I guide my students and clients to find balance in all five areas of their Wellness as we continue to live through the Earth changes. I show those who come to me how to recognize the world of energy around them and be able to make their own confident, empowered decisions from an intuitively informed centered and balanced point.  In other words, I encourage everyone to take responsibility for their own growth and empower them to raise their vibrations by identifying specific elements that are blocking progress and wellness or are having a negative effect on their minds, spirits and bodies. 

I will show you how to walk through the Vision Journey in each area of your 5 Dimensions of Wellness... Social, Physical, Intellectual, Emotional and Spiritual. I use fun, short and simple vizualizations to engage your mind, but you may use what works best for you. I look forward to hearing back as to how these techniques work or the challenges you have as you use them.

It's good to keep a journal of these experiences and the images or messages you get so you can reflect back.
