Intuitively reading a photo

If you were/are like I was, living in a small town and not feeling like I fit in and was/are drawn to metaphysical and psychic things... I understand how lonely it can be and feel. I was so afraid to buy a book on anything to do with "wu-wu" stuff. I eventually did. My fist book even had the word psychic in the title. It was You Are Psychic by Debra Lynne Katz. It was amazing to finally start reading and studying about all I now do professionally.

One great "practice" I did was reading photos. I want to tell you about a simple way to start developing your own intuition. It is non-threatening and usually fun. Find a friend or someone you know and trust on facebook or an online chat group who will be willing to participate with you. Agree to send each other a photo of someone they know nothing about. There should be only ONE person or animal in each picture and you, the "sender", you, should be able to validate a lot of the information you receive back from your "receiver". Tell your receiver that they should meditate a few moments before they open the picture or email. Then once they do just type as fast as they can all they see, hear, feel, taste, smell and KNOW about the person or animal in the picture. Then they email all that they typed back to you.

Your job then is to validate anything you can and confirm what they got "right". Also, encourage them as to what was close and how they might have misinterpreted the information. Then, and this is important, tell them all you know about the person, especially the person's emotional state, nature, personality and what they did for a living and how they died if they are deceased. Then ask them to send you a picture and repeat the process.

This can be an amazing intuition builder for you an a friend. I wish you good luck on your journey if you are just starting out, or if you have been doing this awhile but never this way. You don't have to be near the person or touch the picture to be successful in getting a lot of hits on the picture.

Move That Ficus!!!

A few months ago I read that a ficus tree doesn't like to be moved quickly and great distances. The author said that if you were to move this plant from one end of your house to the other, it would almost die or at least lose all its leaves trying to adjust. They went on to say that if you move the ficus a foot a day it would be fine and adjust well. Upon reading that I screamed out loud. "I AM A FICUS!"

I like to make adjustments slowly and it always felt very comfortable to work this way. I have since reading that story made efforts to be more flexible and not adhere to this notion that I can't move in an instant and a great distance if needed or directed. Well, I was put to the test this past week.

Two weeks ago I had some big "directives" from Spirit to make some major changes in my life and work, these changes would effect me financially quite a bit but I knew I had to do it. I was reminded of the ficus. I knew this was a time to break a pattern and change a belief. I just happen to be attending an Angel workshop with Karen Paolino, who is amazing, over the weekend so I had a lot of meditative time and Spirit connection over the weekend to confirm what I knew I had to do.

Upon returning to work I contacted my clients and directors and announced what I would be doing. This was a bold move and I was praised for it. My clients understood and even learned from it. I feel very empowered from this opportunity to grow. The weirdest feeling is that there was NO real drama in telling my partner, clients and directors. It was easy and simple. I am NOT a ficus after all... No leaves fell off and I am alive to write this.

I am waiting the many miracles and blessings that will come back to me now. Stay tuned for updates
